Do you work with us to create a training and communication plan?

5 January 2026

Short answer: Yes. Our Enterprise plan includes structured onboarding/offboarding for a pilot cohort, enablement for KM/L&D teams to build simulations, and real-time communication channels to keep delivery moving.

What’s included in the Enterprise plan:

  • Onboarding session for the first cohort of users (pilot / first cohort)
  • Offboarding session at the end of the pilot project
  • Training for KM and L&D teams on simulation building (2 sessions)
  • A communication channel for creators (L&D, KM, lawyers) to ask questions in real time and get help turning ideas into workable simulations (email / Slack / messengers)
  • A channel for users to ask platform-usage questions (email / Slack / messengers)

Materials you can share internally:

We provide practical materials explaining:

  • what simulations are and how they work
  • the benefits and typical use cases
  • how much time to allocate
  • how to build your own simulations

You can distribute these to team members to make internal onboarding smoother.

What to do next: If you’re planning a pilot, start by agreeing on a single cohort, a clear timeline, and one to three priority skills to focus on. This keeps the pilot manageable and makes outcomes easier to assess.

We’ll then work with you to translate those goals into a clear, practical communication plan so your team knows what to expect, how to engage, and how to get value from the simulations from day one.
