Build a Legal Simulation Bootcamp

7-week programme to build and test your own legal simulation — free, online, and limited to 10 organisations (up to 3 attendees each)

BeSavvy Bootcamp
How it works

Bootcamp Structure

Phase 1 — Weeks 1–3: build the sim
1
Knowledge extraction and sim generation workshop
An AI agent interviews you about what you're building and why. Your expertise is captured in a structured format ready for the next step.
2
Review and personalisation workshop
You review the agent output. You add your own examples, your firm's context, and your personal tone. The simulation starts to feel like yours, not a template.
3
Deployment workshop
How to introduce it to your firm. What KPIs to track. How to know if it is actually changing something.
Phase 2 — Weeks 4–7: launch and test
➡
Licences provided
Free learner licences given to your colleagues, trainees, or students so the simulation goes live immediately.
➡
Real usage data collected
You receive completion rates, time-on-task, and qualitative feedback from every learner who goes through it.
➡
Iteration supported
BeSavvy team helps you adjust the simulation based on what you learn from real use.

Time required: approximately 2–3 hours per week during the build phase. All three workshops are online, 60 minutes each, and fully recorded for those who cannot attend live. Each organisation place can include up to three attendees.

Who this is for

Target Audience

The 4 types of participants we look for

1
Lawyers
You have deep practice area knowledge that junior lawyers need. A simulation lets you transfer that knowledge to dozens of trainees without taking more of your time.
2
L&D and KM professionals
You know what the firm needs and are tired of waiting for an external provider to build it. This programme gives you the tools and the process to do it yourself.
3
Innovation and technology teams
You've introduced a new tool or workflow and need lawyers to actually use it. A simulation is the fastest route from rollout to adoption.
4
Legal academics
You have a student cohort who need more than passive content. A simulation gives them a practice environment that a lecture recording cannot.
What every participant receives
➡Enterprise-level access to BeSavvy Simulators for the full 7 weeks
➡Learner licences for the colleagues or trainees who will use your simulation
➡Guides, templates, worked examples, and best-practice materials so you can lean on proven patterns before building fully on your own
➡Three facilitated online workshops, one for each build step (all recorded)
➡Direct support during the build and review phases
➡Usage analytics showing completion, engagement, and time-on-task
➡A post-bootcamp debrief covering what the data showed

You leave with
✅A published simulation your firm can continue using after October
✅A repeatable process for building more simulations in-house
✅Real data on how your colleagues learned from it

That is fine. The first workshop is designed for exactly that. What matters at the application stage is knowing who your audience is.
